Twitter Officially Removes The Limit Of 140-character For DMs
As promised earlier, Twitter has removed the limit of 140 characters for direct messages. The limit still applies to normal tweets though.
Twitter hopes the longer messages make the service more attractive. The service sees the growth of its membership continues to decline, and in addition the company is performing well financially. Although revenue is growing, but Twitter failing to make a profit.
