‘Game of Thrones’ Editor Katherine Chappell Died by a Lion Attack- This is so grievous! Game of Thrones have lost one more of its team member.
Katherine Chappell, who was a special effects editor on ‘Game Of Thrones‘, is k!lled by a lionwhile on safari in South Africa. She was merely 29 years old.
The young talented lady was in South Africa to raise money for a charitable organization, but her trip took her to her death angel. It is reported that the young tourist was passing by a safari park and was trying to take photos when suddenly a ferocious lion jumped through the window and k!lled her. The eye witness tour guide, Pierre Potgieter, is now opening up about the horrificaccident.
According to some, Pierre insists that he and Katherine were not driving with the windows down. Rather, she rolled herself down at the last minute to take a photograph, when the lion attacked.
“The tourist had a camera and, of her own accord, rolled down the passenger window to take photographs. A lion then attacked the tourist through the open window,” Mrs. Potgieter, Pierre’s wife, clarified in a statement. “Mr. Potgieter tried to fend the lioness off and in the process sustained injuries to the arm.”
Pierre reportedly suffered a heart attack during or after the scary ordeal.
Katherine worked as a special effects editor for the production company Scanline, where she did work on Game Of Thrones, as well as in the movies Captain America: The Winter Soldier andDivergent. She was actually part of GOT’s Emmy-winning team in 2014 for the episode “The Children.”
Our heartiest consolidations are with Katherine’s family!
