Mariah Carey Directs And Acts In Her Own Christmas Movie
Mariah Carey will soon make her directorial debut. The singer will direct her own Christmas movie and will also act in it.
“I can not wait to share my directorial debut,” the 45-year-old singer wrote on Twitter.
The Christmas film will be featured on an American TV channel in December. The recordings will start in the fall.
Details on Mariah Carey’s Christmas Project are not yet published. Rumors that the Christmas film in the making going for some time already previously said that Rush Hour director Brett Ratner would produce the film.
Carey played previously in movies: Glitter was a flop worldwide for the singer. In 2009 she starred in Precious and in 2013 she was featured in The Butler.
