Miley Cyrus is going to the MTV Video Music Awards to present and there is the Parents Television Council (PTC) not happy with that. 
“It will not be safe for children to watch, or there must be a seal TV-MA (not suitable for under 17 years, ed.) on it,” says PTC president Tim Winter.
Winter shows that MTV previously refused to increase its current age limit of 14 years. “WithCyrus it’s a show of extremes.” Therefore Winter would like another age warning on the program.
In 2013, scantily clad Cyrus danced against singer Robin Thicke. “As a parent of a teenager, the broadcast two years ago was clearly not appropriate for a 14 year old. I think the last year’s broadcast was less severe because of the pressure from advertisers that there must not going to be any TWERKING again.”
